King Kaka, the Rémy Martin 'One Life/Live Them' campaign brand ambassador

For the first time in Kenya, the House of Rémy Martin hosted a multi-sensory and interactive tasting experience 'Opulence Revealed' at The Capital Club.
Designed to stimulate the senses, the Opulence Revealed experience allowed guests to discover a deeper understanding and appreciation of the finer points of Rémy Martin XO cognac through an exploration of textures, flavours and aromas.
The tasting brought to life the intrinsic story of Rémy Martin and XO in an immersive experience through a spread of flavours and delicacies. Guests were treated to a magnificent table revealing the many layers of the XO flavour profile. Decadent chocolate truffles, Parmesan cheese, dried apricots and figs, pistachio cake, walnuts, spices and fruits. Guests were encouraged to sample and taste these aromas throughout the session.
In 1981, to reinforce the quality strategy of the Rémy Martin House it was decided to create XO, which would express the excellence of the cognac Fine Champagne. The Cellar Master André Giraud with his expertise crafted a blend of over 400 Eaux-de-vie.   On the nose, it offers a wide spectrum of aromas of late summer fruit combined with rich floral notes of white flowers such as jasmine.
Hosted by Mickael Bonnamy, Brand Activator Rémy Martin and Alvin Saal, Africa Marketing Manager Rémy Cointreau, the Opulence Revealed experience seeks to inspire a new generation of refined cognac enthusiasts through personal discovery and delight.
Mickael Bonnamy noted "The concept of Opulence Revealed was created to bring the intricate flavour profiles of Rémy Martin XO to life in a tangible and highly memorable way. It was an honour to share this very special sensory experience with our guests".
