Nairobi superstar Octopizzo does his part for his 'family' in Kibera by giving back to the community. The famed rapper on Sunday gave back to his hometown through his foundation, ''Octopizzo Foundation.''He pushed through with the initiative ''Kibera Food Drive'' in order to support and provide for the less fortunate.In a time where individuals are affected majorly earning low incomes, Kibera residents face a challenge and difficulty of fending for themselves. He went around different homes to donate foodstuffs to the poor and provide a sense of togetherness among the people of Silanga, Kibera.He shared his act of kindness on twitter and Instagram through photos while he gave out foodstuffs to those in need of it.He was able to give thanks to those who helped with The Kibera Food Drive which will see many get food supply in the near future.

''In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it, thanks to all who were part of making the Kibera Food Drive in Silanga a success. We will be doing the Drive again in a different Village tomorrow. Kwa niaba ya wana Silanga ASANTE SANA.'' said Octopizzo in his Instagram account Octopizzo foundation.

He assured people that he will proceed and continue doing the same act in a different village today.A Twitter critic and fan came onto the rapper's act and added that masks as well are important during this time.The superstar reminded the fan of how a basic need was more important than a mask to put on.
