KenyaBuzz is looking for a Sales Manager to head sales for the company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Forecasting and developing annual sales targets for existing and new products.
- Reaching agreed sales targets monthly and annually by developing action plans and building/exploiting networks of potential advertisers.
- Maintaining sales volumes by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Creating and maintaining systems for tracking sales, ensuring contracts are signed, filed, invoiced and fully executed and monthly reports are sent.
- Mentoring and supervising sales staff and following up on their work processes and results.
- Recruiting and training employees (as needed).
- Attending events to network and establish contacts.
- Contributing to team efforts as needed.
