When you think of an epic night out with the girls, what usually comes to mind is you and your girls getting dolled up, finally whipping out that sexy dress for a fun night out with dancing over some cocktails. You guessed it, the KenyaBuzz Movie Week, "Ladies Night" provided all this and more!All sponsors brought their A-game to the table with their stands immaculately decorated to capture the attention of passers-by. It was impossible to miss the stands, conveniently placed at the centre of the Junction mall and this could be attributed to the gorgeous (evidently fit, judging from their exquisite physique) shirtless men stationed at each corner.French connection had their mannequins dressed in their exquisite collection, MAC's black-themed stand was the perfect illustration of their luxurious brand, Nywele Zuri displayed their quality human-hair collection, Ciroc kept the delicious cocktails flowing for the ladies and Bio yoghurt had their new delicious "fruit at the bottom" yoghurtTomb Raider, starring Alicia Vikander was the movie of the night, and quite an appropriate one if you ask me given the immense strength, conviction and high presence of wit Lora Croft demonstrates in the movie.The tickets, which were only Ksh.800 entitled the ladies to a free one-minute hand, neck and shoulder massage courtesy of Nywele Zuri; a choice of a 6-pack of Bio yoghurt's new "fruit at the bottom yoghurt" in four amazing flavours; raspberry, blueberry, apple butterscotch and lime; a complementary face beat by professional make-up artists courtesy of MAC and of course, Ciroc Vodka kept them happy with their delicious cocktails.Giveaways were still some of the goodies the guests could enjoy. Lintons, Nywele Zuri amongst other brands gave out vouchers with discounts above a certain purchase- which was the cherry on top of the cake for the shopaholic ladies in attendance.The lucky few who paid with Visa/m-Visa got a complementary popcorn. After mingling and enjoying all their treats, at 7.30pm the ladies headed to the cinema to enjoy the invigorating sci-fi movie. The event was wrapped by 11pm and all guests retired home, all satisfied with the splendid experience.
