Job Description:
- Upload movie/events schedules onto the KenyaBuzz website
- Test systems
- Liaise with clients (theatres and event organizers)
- Provide customer care by telephone and email
- Provide ticket reconciliation services at events
- Liaise with payment platform as needed
- Prepare payment reconciliations for finance
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports on excel
- Prepare monthly sales reports for movie/events ticketing clients
- Do event ticketing sales
- Research other ticketing portals and give recommendations on how we can continue to improve our system
- Any other as assigned
Qualifications:
- No experience needed but you must have verifiably excellent grades in school
- Excellent knowledge and comfort with working on Excel
- Polite phone manner
- Team player
- Be able to work at least 32 hours per week and some shifts on weekends
