Treetops Lodge in Aberdare National Park
On her Maiden trip to Kenya, Queen Elizabeth, (then princess Elizabeth) was hosted at  the Treetops Lodge in Aberdare National Park. Her dad, King George VI, passed away during this time making her Queen. Treetops is a Mecca for British royalists who flock to the lodge on the anniversary of the Queen's coronation. 
Alfajiri Villas in Ukunda
A South Coast favorite, Alfajiri villas in Ukunda Diani have a view to die for and the interior design has been featured in a couple of magazines. Back in 2005, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spent a week here. Rowan Atkinson has also been a guest of Alfajiri Villas.
Rutundu Log Cabins-Mount Kenya
Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton at the Rutundu Log Cabins on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Since then, it's become a top honeymoon destination.
Sanctuary Olonana
Multi-billionaire Bill Gates holidayed at this lux safari glamping lodge set on a private stretch of the Mara River in the heart of Kenya's most famous game reserve during the wildebeest migration some years ago and since then, securing a spot here has become elusive for many.
Malindi
Kenya's Tourism ambassador Naomi Campbell has an idyllic villa in Malindi that was featured in Architectural Digest. Her rich and famous friends from Italy including football coaches and (In)famous billionaires frequent Malindi.
