If you've been living under an un-named rock like me, here's something for you; socialite Vera Sidika has a new song. Yup. In a bid to get back at her on again off again celebrity boyfriend, she released her debut over the weekend dubbed, Nalia. Cry baby, cry.
The video looks good. It's clear and crispy and doesn't have too many themes going on. Wait a sec. Scratch that. This piece is not about reviewing Vera's new jam but rather focusing on what her fans thought of it.
In the song, she shares her hurt following the spate of drama that ensued when it turned out she lent money to Otile Brown. She addresses the abortion claims too, terming that as a hoax. I can never really tell whether there are feelings involved or this has all just been an act. The Mercedes Benz she apparently bought Otile is in the video….hmmm. Nalia also features a Tanzanian model, Calisah.

Most people, as expected, were in awe and had quite a number of things to say about the song. The remarks were witty, some very biting but we all know this won't slow a girl down. Whether you like it, whether you don't, she's still doing her.
Here are some of the reactions from Twitter.
