Overcoming Heartbreak (Vencer El Desamor) is a Mexican Telenovela from 2020 produced by Televisa. The show stars Daniela Romo and Claudia Alvarez.Overcoming Heartbreak follows the story of Adriana, a mother who is brave and passionate. She is married to Eduardo, the second son of Barbara and Joaquin. She quit her journalist career to become a full-time mother but her family situation gets worse when her son is diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. She is therefore forced to live with her mother-in-law, with whom she does not have a good relationship. Adriana eventually ends up tangled with Alvaro, Barbara's eldest son, as forbidden love blossoms between them.Barbara and Adriana are joined by the young widow Dafne, who is also the illegitimate daughter of Joaquin as she returns to claim her inheritance. A fourth woman, Gemma, also arrives to work at Barbara's house.  The four women from different ages and social classes will be forced to live together bringing forth a complicated situation.
