Connie Aluoch wears many hats. She is a world-renowned fashion stylist, image consultant, corporate trainer, entrepreneur and fashion lecturer. And now, she is aiding the creative economy- that took a hit at the height of the pandemic- by organizing a series of fashion brunches kicking off this Sunday, April 24th at the Social House, Nairobi.
The brunches will showcase some of the biggest and emerging names in the Kenyan Fashion scene and will act as the fashion intermediary connecting the dots between exceptional creativity and culture.
This Sunday, the fashion brunch will feature:
Deepa Dosaja
Deepa Dosaja will showcase bespoke, eco-friendly pieces that are  made out of 100% organic fibres and  produced in a way that has a low impact on the environment through the use of natural dyes and locally made products. This is vital in the age of climate activism. Fashion is considered one of the highest contributors to environmental damage.
Aulgah Nato
2018's Swahili fashion Week 'Fashion Designer of the Year' Aulgah Nato's afro chic styles have earned her praise here at home and internationally. She is the first Kenyan to ever showcase at the Aberdeen Fashion Week in Scotland and won 'The Best International Designer' award.

Zanta Adeyde
As an Afro-Chic fashion enthusiast, Anyango Adeyde was frustrated with the gentrification of the industry and mass production of pieces that stripped off their uniqueness. This is how fashion house Zanta Adeyde was born. This brand creates African designs inspired by nature and the different cultures of the African tribes.
Designer Collections will also be available at "The Social House" retail store, e-commerce platform, and In-House TV platforms from the end of April to June.
