We read the cards right and made accurate predictions! In a movie preview we published on Friday, we told you that Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, would be magic.
Well, the magic wand did its thing and this follow up to the 2016 Harry Potter spin-off topped throughout the weekend in Kenyan Cinemas.
This movie set in the genius, famous wizarding world created by J.K. Rowling, also topped the box office globally. It however fell below the bar, but the studio in North America where it debuted with an estimated $62 million as opposed to the anticipated $65 million, grips hope that it will pick up speed just fine in the coming holiday weekends.
Internationally it dredged $191 million pecked from 79 markets, and will this coming Friday flicker for the first time in Japan.
