Family Fun:  ‘Lightyear’  A Toy Story Origin Movie

Lightyear is a Pixar-animated movie based on the character who inspired the Buzz Lightyear space action figure from Toy Story. Twenty-seven years ago, we met space ranger Buzz who was a close friend to the main character Woody. 

In Lightyear, we learn how Buzz became a space ranger and the events that led him to meet the Toy Story Gang. In this movie, Buzz’s spacecraft, his space crew and space travelers are stuck on a strange planet. Buzz’s mission to get everyone back home safe leads him to a portal where he meets a nefarious emperor controlling some evil robots. Will he achieve his mission?
