"The Nutcracker and the Mouse King", written in 1816 by German author E. T. A. Hoffmann, has fascinated and inspired artists, composers, and audiences for nearly two hundred years. It is a classic Christmas fairy tale, immortalized by Tchaikovsky's ballet, brought to life every Christmas in many theaters all over the world.Kenya's premier dancing school Dance Center Kenya (DCK) is hosting their 6th annual Christmas production of this festive staple and in the spirit of giving, they're inviting well-wishers to make a child's dream come true by treating them to a magical day at the theater to experience this beautiful ballet.For Ksh 10,000, you can sponsor ten kids to experience The Nutcracker at the Kenya National Theater from the 25th of November till the 4th of December.
