DJ Khaled, a man who references his own name more times than a person probably should in a lifetime, has mastered the art of self-love that almost borders on off-putting narcissism. But unlike the bombastic egotist Kanye West, Khaled cuts it close enough to come out as entertaining, especially on social media.
Now, DJ Khaled celebrates his birthday on November 26th every year. And yesterday was no different. First, he wished himself a grand happy birthday - complete with block letters, infinite exclamation marks and emojis. Then, a couple of hours later, his one-year-old son Asahd Khaled wished him a belated birthday through his verified Twitter account.
Unless Asahd is that kid from The Boss Baby, which he is not, it's safe to assume that a one-year-old who can't read and write (yet), didn't write the post. So, who could it be that wished himself (another) happy birthday? Hmmmm…
A host of other stars including Busta Ryhmes, T-Pain and Keeping Up with the Kardashians producer Ryan Seacrest chimed in to wish their dear friend a happy 42nd.
