In a recent interview with GQ, Richard Colson Baker (IKR?), popularly known as rapper Machine Gun Kelly  revealed that he grew up in Kenya.
The Floor 13  lyricist was born to Christian missionary parents with whom he traveled the world with as a young boy.  They lived in Egypt, Kenya, and Germany.
The 29-year-old artist also shared that he once spoke Arabic due to the family's stints abroad. He said, "I grew up in Egypt until I was five or six old…Egypt and Kenya. And then we moved to Germany for a bit, then I came to the United States and was apparently speaking Arabic to everybody."
