Darkness comes Alive in ‘Nightmare Alley’ 

Nightmare Alley is a neo-noir psychological thriller film based on a 1946 novel of the same name Bradley Cooper stars as a smart and ambitious worker at a carnival. Cate Blanchett, William Dafoe, Rooney Mara, Richard Jenkins, Ron Perlman and David Strathaim also make up the star studded cast. 

Stan works with the psychic act “Madame Zeena” and her husband Pete who use a coded language system to give the illusion that she has mental powers. Stan wants in on the business and chaotic nightmares ensue in his pursuit to become a clairvoyant.
