Dance Centre Kenya Presents: The Tales of Mother Goose!

Since its origin days in January 2015, Dance Centre Kenya (DCK) has grown to become Kenya’s premier dance school, with over 500 students taking classes from the 3 main DCK studios and approximately 200 more taking DCK taught classes in their schools.

This October, DCK will stage the whimsical world of Mother Goose. Parents and children will love how  nursery rhyme characters such as Miss Muffet, Jack and Jill, Three little Mice and others will be brought to life.  Kids, both performing or simply viewing, will be immersed in a world of imagination as they act out these catchy, delightful, and sentimental songs.

DCK’s junior company will showcase Mother Goose in early afternoon matinee performances.  With an incredible new set designed by Palacina Interiors and an on-stage storyteller reading the poems, this will be an excellent and engaging introduction to ballet for children.

Since it’s inception, DCK  has been on a mission to reach out to talented but underprivileged kids in the community through their sponsorship  program.  In conjunction with Artists for Africa, DCK is impacting the lives of many future dancers from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Come watch the kids perform and support their noble cause by getting your Mother Goose Tickets here
