Miss the great outdoors? Rather be out and about enjoying nature than binge-watching shows?
The bad news is, you'll have to stay put a little longer. We don't recommend any grand outdoor adventures amid a pandemic. The good news is, you can enjoy a virtual safari from the comfort of your home.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy  acknowledges that we can't go to them so they're coming to us. Yay! They are offering the public free virtual safaris everyday!  Join their daily live broadcast from 4:30pm EAT.
Their Managing Director Richard Vigne and seasoned guide Samuel Mbogo will take you on an ingenious virtual game drive on their social media platforms on Instagram and  Facebook. How cool is that?

This is why this virtual safari is such a treat: Did you know that Ol Pejeta Conservancy boasts the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa! And it is home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world.  Ol Pejeta is arguably the model of rhino conservancy globally. It also provides a safe-haven for rescued chimpanzees.
The Conservancy hosts the "big five" and operates a livestock program that largely benefits local pastoralists and supports wildlife conservation.
Expect to see the reclusive rhinos, elephants, dung beetles and an array of birds in their natural habitat through this virtual safari.
Get to explore the wonderful ways animals have adapted to live in the conservancy all while learning from conservation experts. This wholesome family activity is a great way to experience raw, untamed nature at home.
