Kenya Film Commission has announced a call for entries of the second edition for the Mobile Phone Film Competition dubbed My Kenya My Story. The theme is Mental Health and Wellness.The jury is made up of seasoned industry professionals who will scrutinize the entries submitted for the best top three films shot exclusively on mobile phones. The jury's vote will make up 70% of the final vote. The submissions will be put up for public voting which will contribute to 30% of the total vote.Last year the competition attracted 706 submissions.The competition requires that artists should make short films telling Kenyan stories, chosen from the various genres such as drama, documentary, animation and reality running for a maximum of 7 minutes.
