Let's be honest, we all can't wait for the second part of Avengers: Infinity War. Hopefully, all the wrongs will be made right. You don't have to wait till 2019 because we have a list of TV series you can binge watch as you wait for the next superhero blockbuster.
  1. The Flash (Seasons 1-4)
This DC series follows Barry Allen, the youngster with a gift for super-speed. One of the things to love about this show is that the plot progresses really fast (yea, right), it's full of action and Barry Allen (played by Grant Gustin) is an interesting character. It's part of the DC universe so if you've watched Arrow, there will be plotlines that will feel connected.
  1. Legends of Tomorrow (Seasons 1-3)
This is also another DC series that focuses on trying to save time. Rip Hunter (played by Arthur Darvill) recruits heroes who have to stop a villain who's bent on changing the course of time and destroying all of the universe. The storyline feels pretty much like watching a good superhero movie. It's worth your time.
  1. Jessica Jones (Seasons 1-2)
Marvel also has its awesome share of superhero TV series. Jessica Jones (played by Krysten Ritter) is not your ordinary female heroine. The dilemmas she faces make her a unique character to watch as well as her powers of blocking mind control, flight and superhuman strength. Jessica also champions for women's right and in the show, she has occasionally called out sexist characters.
  1. Luke Cage (Seasons 1-2)
The hero of this series is played by Mike Colter who is a humble man with the strength to bend steel and bullets don't really harm him. I want that kind of ability. He ends up becoming the hero of Harlem in New York but with fame, comes great villains. Watch the show to see whether he'll come out on top.
  1. Super Girl (Seasons 1-3)
This series is a combination of fashion and powers. Melissa Benoist plays the heroine who happens to be connected to Superman. She works for a high-fashion magazine but heels won't stop her from saving the world. She has an interesting backstory and we'll get to see more of that in season 4.
