The 2018 FIFA World Cup will kick off in Russia this coming June and you know what that means, World Cup music! Every World Cup comes with an official song, anthem and a Coca Cola promotional anthem - which are usually cheerful, upbeat, and capture the celebratory nature of the tournament.
From Ricky Martin to Shakira, which one of these World Cup earworms did you like best?
1. Colors - Jason Derulo [Russia 2018]
I must say the lyrics 'There's beauty in the unity we found' are genius, the song is very urban.
2. We Are One (Ole Ola) - Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez, Claudia Leitte [Brazil 2014]
Yaaaas!!! This one gets you up on your feet every time. When you think of Rio you know it's colours, festivals and costumes.
3. Wavin' Flag - K'naan [South Africa 2010]
K'naan is a honorary Kenyan in our hearts having lived here and representing East Africa and Africa in general. I must say he made us proud.
4. Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) - Shakira [South Africa 2010]
This was the first time the World Cup landed in the Motherland, and Shakira gave us a memorable hit to remember this historic occasion with. What's there not to love about this one?
5. La Copa de la Vida (The Cup Of Life) - Ricky Martin [France 1998]

The Cup of Life is an iconic song for all generations. Let me jog your memory, Go, go, go! Ale, ale, ale!
6. We Are The Champions - Queen [USA 1994]

This one is definitely old school and I'm not sure it will ring a bell with most Millennials, but it's one groovy song for Gen X football fans.
