"Bad boys, bad boys, what you gon' do, what you gon' do when they come for you?"- Let's face it, Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones - who played as the cops, agent K and J, made a pretty badass team! The tables have turned and there is a whole new Men-in-Black movie that is in the works, where we expect to see Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth from Thor; Ragnarok partnering up yet again in a sort of spin-off.
The cast is yet to be chosen but what seems certain is that Will and Johnson will not be taking up their previous roles- bummer! In fact, as opposed to how the former sequel worked with agent K and J being a duo, it seems to be taking more of an ensemble but it will all be taking place in the same alien-dominated universe. What's more, Straight Outta Compton's F. Gary Gray will be directing from a script by famed American writers of Iron Man and Punisher: Warzone's Matt Holloway and Art Marcum.
The film is set to hit the screens in July 2019, so until then we can keep our fingers crossed on who will take up the lead roles because we totally loved Will and Jones. Who are you betting your money on? I'm all for Chadwick Boseman and Idris Elba or heck! Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson because we all know these two have a way of leaving your ribs cracked!
