The crime thriller is a production by Pantaya, Starzplay and Spiral International, directed by Luis Prieto. The story is based on the best-selling novels of Mexican writer, Bernardo Esquinca. The 10-episode serye will follow the story of Eugenio Casasola (Aaron Diaz), a journalist who forms an unlikely alliance with Lieutenant Edith Mondragon (Ana Brenda Contreras). Their goal is to uncover the truth behind a series of murders that resemble ancient Aztec sacrifices that are happening in Mexico City.
