The 11th annual FilmAid film festival successfully came to an exciting climax with a brilliantly orchestrated Gala Awards at the Tribe Hotel, Nairobi. The awarding that took up a whole dedicated evening of September 21st 2018, was propelled by the need to celebrate talents of storytellers who found a safe haven in Kakuma and Daadab refugee camps.This year's FilmAid film festival had the theme: My Story.
