My name is Nathalie. I am an exiled Parisian, I left France 16 years ago, for various and exotic destinations, mostly in Africa. I now live in Nairobi, Kenya. I have a master in general and comparative literature and teaching my own language or tutoring kids was always a good way to make extra money. I have shared my passion with students of all ages, origins, nationalities and backgrounds. With time, I developed my own method. My motto is "French can be fun". I hate being bored and I hate seeing you bored so I do my best to keep you alert and engaged, proposing varied audio and visual material to support the lessons. Songs, poetry, news, movies' extracts are chosen according to your personality and likings.
I am not going to lie to you though, French grammar is tough: a lot of rules and almost as many exceptions. The orthography is archaic and unpredictable and we speak so fast it will drive you nuts.
