Brunch in Nairobi 10 Dec 2009
My family and I love brunches. There are six of us and it’s a nice way for all of us to enjoy something together despite the wide range of ages. The timing of brunch is perfect since the teenagers manage to drag themselves out of bed by 11am, the small ones are hungry again by that time, and the adults are ready to socialize with other adults rather than supervise small ones. So, we switch off the TV, computers and other electronic devices and off we go.

Brunch is a meal eaten in between breakfast and lunch as a substitute for both. It combines both menus to create one large edible experience. The Sunday Brunch at Sankara’s Muhhiba restaurant is a scintillating adventure for people who know what brunch is all about. The hotel has a brunch package on Sundays from 12AM-4PM which is open to anyone who can afford the Ksh 3500 per person pocket dent.
