Annie Jones from UK will explore what causes stress and the effect this has at a cellular level and on the nervous system. Long term stress affects our ability to relax, digest and assimilate food. Symptoms include insomnia, indigestion, worry, anxiety, depression and fear. The good news is that there is plenty you can do to make a difference to your health and well-being.

Annie is an International health and lifestyle coach, motivational speaker, Dru Yoga consultant and nutritionist. She is the co-founder of the International School of Dru Yoga (UK) and author of a number of books, audio cds and dvd’s including the best selling book 'Dru Yoga:Stillness in Motion’. Annie yas been teaching yoga for over 25 years and has pioneered health and yoga programmes into schools and businesses throughout Britain. Annie co-founded the Dru Yoga Online Studio.
