5 medium sized potatoes
2 tsp garlic crushed
1 big capsicum
3 green pepper
2tsp crushed raw garlic

Blend tomatoes, capsicum and green pepper together. Marinate the meat with the blended mix, tomato paste and the biriyani masala (preferably overnight). Add some cooking oil and put on low heat and let it cook very slowly. Slice and fry the onions separately. Peel the potatoes and put food color, then fry them. When the mix is ready switch off the gas. Add the fried onions and potatoes and cover. Cook the rice using water and salt. Use the oil you fried the onions with. Make a hole in the middle of the pot and add food color. When ready, simply muddle up. Serve with fresh juice.
