No-knead bread recipe

There is plenty of delicious bread to buy in Kenya.  But it’s not cheap!  And who has time to make their own bread?

Well, my friend Lee, who owns Bella Luna Bakery, wowed a bunch friends with a loaf of delicious home-made bread that she made using a recipe for No-Knead Bread.The recipe is from the New York Time and can be found by clicking here:

She followed the recipe exactly but the dough was very, very wet; unmanageable almost, so she had to add an extra cup of flour (she kneaded the dough only to add the extra flour, otherwise it's not required).

She suggests that if you want to try whole wheat flour, just use 1 cup whole wheat and 2 cups white....
