Bruschetta with warm chevre spread recipe

Ingredients
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped in small cubes
1-2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ - ½ cup chopped fresh basil
Salt to taste
6 ounces chevre (goat cheese)
1-2 tablespoons of toasted pine nuts for garnish
Toasted French bread
Olive oil (optional)
Directions
Mix first five ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes.  Toast bread.  Spread on chevre.  Top with tomato mixture. Top with pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
