2 large bananas peeled and chopped into small cubes
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and allow to blend for an hour before serving with fresh grilled fish or pork.
