January 9-13, 2008

Dear Buzz Readers,

These are uncertain times in Kenya.  Some days we feel optimistic and some days pessimistic.  This is a critical week- one which could tip the country into anarchy or into peace and reconciliation.  We hope for the best.  In the meantime, there are many ways you can help those who have been affected, through donations of food, clothes and other supplies to various organizations and churches around the country- the easiest for most people is Nakumatt.  No donation is too small; everthing helps.

Due to uncertainty in the country, most events have been cancelled.  However, there are a few who are determined to go on as usual.  Those are listed below and on the Buzz Calendar of events above.  The latest movie schedule can also be found in the Buzz Cinema listings above.

We will resume with the KenyaBuzz Weekly newsletter when there are more events to report, hopefully in the next couple of weeks. Peace in Kenya.
